morpurrga's favourite sleeping place

those knitted toys you can see in the cabinet were on the christmas tree the first year morpurrga and purrsephone lived at my house. (they were very tiny little kittens.) one evening, during a family game of scrabble, we heard an almighty crash in the living room. morpurrga and purrsephone had climbed the tree (which was now supported by the walls in the corner of the room) and taken over several of these toys. i think my mother now enjoys teasing them by displaying the knitted toys behind glass doors.
